The Social Game – 4 Page Website Giveaway

1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by The Social Game (“Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 years or over. By entering, participants confirm they meet this requirement.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway commences at 6:00pm AEST on 05/05/2026 and closes at 9:00am AEST on 19/05/2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

• Follow @thesocialgame_

• Like the giveaway post

• Tag at least one person in the comments (each tag counts as an additional entry)

Bonus entry:

• Share the post to your Instagram story and tag @thesocialgame_

Entries must comply with Instagram guidelines. Spam or duplicate accounts may be disqualified.

5. Prize
The winner will receive:

• One (1) custom 4-page website built on Wix (Home, About, Services, Contact)

Important inclusions & exclusions:

• Includes:

  • Custom design tailored to the winner’s brand

  • Mobile-friendly setup

• Excludes:

  • Wix subscription/hosting fees

  • Domain purchase

  • E-commerce functionality

  • Copywriting, branding, or logo design (unless agreed separately)

  • Advanced integrations or custom development

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random.

• The winner will be announced on 19 May 2026 via Instagram.

• The winner will also be contacted via direct message.

• If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Prize Redemption

• The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of being contacted.

• All required content (text, images, branding) must be provided within 14 days.

• If the winner fails to provide required materials within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize.

8. Scope of Work

• The website includes up to four (4) standard pages only.

• The build includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

• Any additional work outside this scope may incur additional fees.

9. Intellectual Property & Promotion

• The Promoter retains the right to showcase the completed website for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

• The winner will receive ownership access to the Wix site upon completion.

10. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.

• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or platform-related problems.
